We manage properties in Fresno, Clovis and Madera, California. Rental Management Company is owned and operated by Jeff and Linda Teliha. Our company was started by Bob Hooke, Linda`s father in the early 1980s. It began as a business involving friends and family. After the business was taken over by Jeff and Linda, that mindset continued. Community is highly valued in our company. Word of mouth is our best and favorite form of advertisement because it means we are doing a good job taking care of our community.

We make every effort to manage your properties as if they were our own. We value your trust. we want to keep your investments safe and secure. Our company boasts of generations who have worked with us. We`ve had a chance to watch families involved with our company  grow up. Owners have passed their investments down to their children and we continue to provide the same historical service we did from the very beginning. Many of our maintenance providers have started to pass their businesses down to their children. This is great because these folks have grown up learning thier business AND ours.
